Car Rental Sales Executive

Overview
Job Details:
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable vehicles based on their preferences and requirements.
Provide accurate details about vehicle availability, rental rates, and terms in a clear manner.
Handle bookings and explain rental agreements in a simple and professional way.
Prepare and review lease contracts, including explaining insurance options to customers.
Maintain and update vehicle and booking information in the system with accuracy.
Coordinate with the fleet team to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery and rental.
Process contracts and manage payments while keeping proper documentation.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints with a solution focused approach.
Support sales by promoting rental services and improving overall customer experience.
Ensure follow up with customers to maintain satisfaction and repeat business.
Job Experience Requirements
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and promote services effectively.
Capability to handle customer issues professionally and resolve them efficiently.
Good organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on quality service.
