Responsibilities
- Greet customers and explain available vehicles and rental terms.
- Handle reservations, walk-in customers, and corporate bookings.
- Promote rental services and upsell insurance, GPS, and other value-added products.
- Verify customer documents in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Prepare accurate rental agreements and contract details.
- Inspect vehicles with customers before and after rental and record condition reports.
- Coordinate vehicle availability, delivery, and returns with operations.
- Process payments, deposits, and refunds securely and accurately.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide high-quality service.
- Maintain sales records and daily reports, and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Role requirements
- Verify customer identity, driving license, and credit card documents in compliance with UAE regulations.
