Fleet management
- Manage and monitor daily fleet availability, allocation, and movements for optimal utilization.
- Coordinate vehicle dispatch, returns, replacements, and transfers across branches and projects.
- Track active, idle, under-maintenance, and accident vehicles.
- Schedule preventive maintenance, servicing, registration renewals, and insurance follow-up.
- Liaise with workshops, service providers, and vendors to support timely repairs and reduce downtime.
Coordination and monitoring
- Coordinate with operations, reservations, sales, and transport teams to meet customer and operational requirements.
- Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and usage reports and identify misuse or irregularities.
- Document and follow accident and breakdown cases until closure.
- Maintain accurate fleet records and update fleet management systems and trackers.
- Ensure vehicles meet company cleanliness, branding, and roadworthiness standards before release.
Reporting and compliance
- Support fleet onboarding and offboarding for projects, contracts, and terminations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with RTA requirements, traffic laws, company policies, and internal SOPs.
- Control fleet-related costs and support efficiency and expense-reduction initiatives.
- Monitor Mulkiya, insurance, permits, and lease agreement documentation.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1.00 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Ensure accurate fleet records and updates to fleet management systems and trackers.
- Ensure vehicles meet company standards for cleanliness, branding, and roadworthiness before release.
- Maintain compliance with RTA requirements, traffic laws, company policies, and internal SOPs.
- Monitor vehicle documentation, including Mulkiya, insurance, permits, and lease agreements.
