Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, reservations, and service requests through various communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about rental rates, vehicle availability, insurance, and rental policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and follow up promptly to support customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations, fleet, and branch teams to support smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update booking and complaint management systems.
- Promote additional services and support sales and customer retention targets.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to service quality.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable UAE regulations.
