• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers.
• Explain coverage options, discounts, and policy enhancements.
• Identify cross-selling and account-rounding opportunities.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
• Work with the agency team to provide a positive customer experience.

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Previous insurance agency experience required.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and policy servicing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with agency management systems and technology.
