• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage inquiries.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Conduct proactive policy reviews to ensure customers have the appropriate protection.
• Educate clients on available coverage options, discounts, and policy enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding while maintaining a service-first approach.
• Build strong, long-term relationships that promote customer retention and loyalty.
• Process policy updates accurately and maintain organized client records.
• Collaborate with agency team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Previous insurance agency experience required
• 3-5 years of commercial experience
• Experience servicing commercial lines insurance policies.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and policy servicing.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive problem solver who enjoys helping others.
• Comfortable using agency management systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Team-oriented while capable of working independently.
• Able to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions when appropriate.
