- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in release management, change management, or IT service delivery
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps
- ITIL certification is preferred
