Job Summary
- To handle assigned day-to-day tasks related to Premium Banking overall segment covering both internal (staff) and external (clients) on efficient and timely manner.
- This to include understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and facilitating communication between clients and the organization.
- Coordinating with internal teams to address client concerns and contribute to the development of long-term strategic relationships.
- ****Key Accountabilities****
- Acting as central hub for all operational tasks for premium team (Sadara & PB)
- Successful completion of end-to-end Operational tasks within agreed TAT
- Managing Ongoing Customer Due Diligence/KYC process (preparation & system update)
- Preparing and submitting all credit proposals through various channels to include CFR/CARE/LWF
- Curating facility supporting documentations to include RORAC, MRA, CBR, OOT, Cashflow, IVF …etc.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to update & close reported cases in Risk Control Pack
- Maintain ZERO delinquent accounts by regular follow ups & recovery actions needed
- Managing all assigned activities/projects in compliance with SOPs, Zero reworks & errors
- Ensure that all reports are prepared & submitted accurately to include YLS, Portfolio Management, Leads …etc
- Handling deliverables & custody of security items (to include cards, cheque book & PDCs) in compliance to SOP & within designated retention period
- Handling all UAT (user acceptance testing) end to end testing for the required projects
- Clearing and monitoring raised Anti-Money Lundry/OMNI cases
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes and implementing best practices geared to enhancement of production and making overall improvements
