Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail health, sales, or relationship management.
  • Proven success in agent recruitment and training programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and competitive market knowledge.
  • Experience managing daily field activities and performance monitoring.
  • Ability to travel frequently to field locations and client sites.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer‐focused mindset with a track record of delivering high service standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of cross‐functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new retail health agents to meet growth targets.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for agents on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor and support agents' daily field activities to ensure compliance and performance standards.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to inform strategy and maintain market advantage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide timely resolution of client issues and escalations.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and agent productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and new partnership development.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements.
