Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site client meetings and some work-from-home flexibility.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for accounting, tax, and consulting services.
Day-to-day activities include understanding client needs, coordinating service delivery with internal teams, following up on ongoing engagements, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
The Relationship Manager will prepare and present updates, respond to client inquiries, support proposal development, and identify opportunities for additional services that align with client objectives.
The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, tracking engagement progress, and contributing to continuous improvement in client service processes.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid background in accounting, finance, or tax concepts, with the capacity to discuss services and solutions clearly and accurately.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in professional email writing and business correspondence.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a part-time, hybrid setting.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or a similar client-facing environment; prior work with SMEs or corporate clients is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM or client management tools, as well as standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, and word processing).
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with internal accounting and consulting teams while representing client interests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; relevant professional certifications or ongoing studies are a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in the UAE business environment is beneficial.
