to join our growing real estate sales team.
We are seeking experienced professionals who are currently active in the UAE real estate market and have a strong background working directly with developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and channel partners.
- Promote DECA PROPERTIES’ projects to brokers, agencies, and potential clients.
- Generate sales leads through an active agency network.
- Conduct project presentations and provide accurate information about available inventory, pricing, and payment plans.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to support deal closures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with agency partners to drive consistent sales performance.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, launches, events, and broker briefings.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 2 years of recent experience with developer
- is mandatory.
- Must be currently active in the real estate market with a developer.
- Strong existing agency network is required.
- Presentable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, professional, and target driven.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
