Relationship Manager
About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage long-term relationships with retail, HNI, and institutional clients across CFD and exchange-traded products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, KYC/AML documentation, and account activation in line with Mauritius and UAE (SCA) regulatory standards.
- Understand client trading objectives and provide appropriate product guidance across FX, commodities, indices, equities, and derivatives (non-advisory).
- Coordinate with dealing, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure efficient trade execution and issue resolution.
- Monitor client activity, margin utilization, and trading behavior, escalating risks or concerns where required.
- Drive client engagement, retention, and revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
- Maintain accurate client records, communications, and reporting as per regulatory and internal policies.
Qualifications
Graduate with Minimum 3 years of Experience in the similar line .
