Key Responsibilities
· Act as the **Designated Compliance Officer** for SCA and VARA
· Ensure ongoing compliance with **SCA, VARA, UAE Central Bank, and FIU requirements**
· Manage regulatory filings, inspections, audits, and correspondence
· Oversee transaction monitoring, STR/SAR filings, and compliance reporting
· Conduct compliance risk assessments and internal reviews
· Train staff on regulatory and compliance obligations
· Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external consultants
Key Skills & Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of **UAE regulatory framework**
· Experience with **Crypto / Virtual Asset compliance** preferred
· Professional certifications (ICA, CAMS, CISI) are an advantage
· Excellent communication and regulatory handling skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
