Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site visits and work-from-home responsibilities.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed in a timely, professional manner.
Daily tasks include conducting regular check-ins with clients, responding to inquiries, coordinating with clinical and operations teams, and supporting client onboarding and service setup.
The Relationship Manager will monitor client satisfaction, escalate issues when necessary, and help identify opportunities to enhance service quality.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing client-related reports, and contributing to community outreach or business development activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven client relationship management experience, ideally within healthcare, homecare, or a related service-oriented industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple client accounts, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Comfort using digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, collaboration platforms) and working effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Knowledge or familiarity with medical, nursing, or complex care services is an advantage; prior experience in the U.A.E. healthcare or homecare sector is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach and the ability to resolve issues calmly and professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Social Work, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in the U.A.E. are an asset.
