Role Description
The Administrative Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
This role oversees day-to-day administrative operations, including managing office procedures, coordinating schedules, and supporting clinical and non-clinical teams with documentation and reporting.
The Administrative Manager will maintain records, handle correspondence, organize meetings, and ensure that policies and regulatory requirements are accurately documented and followed.
Responsibilities
include supporting HR-related processes such as onboarding coordination, maintaining staff files, and assisting with timesheets and basic payroll inputs.
The role also involves monitoring inventory of office and basic medical supplies, liaising with external vendors and service providers, preparing reports for leadership, and suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in general administrative functions, including scheduling, document management, and office coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident user of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfortable learning new digital tools and systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Experience in healthcare, homecare, or a similarly regulated environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid (on-site and remote) setting.
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with basic HR and payroll support processes is a plus.
- Eligibility to work in Abu Dhabi and flexibility to work part-time hours aligned with business needs.
