Role Description
This is a part-time Digital Marketing Manager role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work from home.
The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for Alpha Intelligent Care’s homecare services.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, coordinating content calendars, and creating targeted campaigns aligned with service offerings and brand guidelines.
The role involves overseeing digital advertising, monitoring performance across platforms, and adjusting strategies based on data and insights.
The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with clinical, operations, and leadership teams to ensure messaging is accurate, compliant, and aligned with the needs of patients, families, and referring partners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, build communities, and grow engagement.
- Strong Lead Generation skills to design and manage campaigns that convert digital audiences into qualified inquiries.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare, homecare, or related services marketing is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills in Arabic are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social ads) is beneficial.
