Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Relationship Manager** to develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, business development, quotation follow-up, contract renewals, payment collection follow-up, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction across our Calibration, Fire & Safety, Industrial Automation, Boiler Maintenance, and Technical Services divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients in industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales orders.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Manage annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and service contract renewals.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support accounts receivable collections.
- Conduct regular client visits and business meetings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly sales and business development reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in industrial services, technical services, fire & safety, calibration, automation, maintenance, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- UAE driving license is Plus.
- Proficiency in English; Hindi/Malayalam will be an advantage.
