Role Overview

Join Keyper's Commercial team as a Relationship Manager in Dubai.

The company is a technology-driven real estate platform combining technology, data, and real estate expertise to simplify property ownership, management, and renting.

The role seeks someone familiar with Dubai real estate and confident building relationships with landlords and investors.

Candidate Fit

Two to three years of UAE real estate experience.
Experience dealing directly with landlords or investors.
A background in brokerage, property sales, or property management sales.
Experience with Property Management Agreements and conversions.
A good understanding of Dubai leasing processes and terminology.
Knowledge of Secondary Market and Off-Plan sales.
Ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with landlords and investors in the Dubai real estate market.
