Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the leasing strategy in line with business objectives; set and monitor KPIs for occupancy, revenue, and client experience.
• Identify market opportunities and trends to inform pricing, portfolio performance, and expansion plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop leasing professionals; establish performance metrics and career development plans.
• Oversee property onboarding, pricing, tenant acquisition, and renewals.
• Drive adoption of Rent Now, Pay Monthly and digital rent payment solutions.
• Improve leasing efficiency, occupancy rates, and client satisfaction; build relationships with landlords, tenants, and ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams on growth initiatives.
• Analyze leasing performance and market trends and ensure compliance with RERA and local real estate regulations.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of leasing or real estate operations experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven record managing leasing performance and driving business growth; strong people management and coaching experience.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to and champion digital solutions; PropTech or FinTech exposure is preferred.
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
