Role Purpose
We are seeking a high-caliber, entrepreneurial **Senior Relationship Manager** with an established, portable book of business.
This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can seamlessly transition their existing **Assets Under Management (AUM)** and continue to provide exceptional wealth advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
- **AUM Transition & Management:** Efficiently onboard and manage your existing portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, ensuring a smooth transition of assets to our platform.
- **Portfolio Advisory:** Deliver tailored wealth management solutions, including asset allocation, estate planning, structured products, and alternative investments, aligned with client risk profiles.
- **Business Development:** Actively network and acquire new client assets within the UAE and broader GCC/international markets to continuously grow your AUM.
- **Relationship Management:** Maintain deep, trusted relationships through regular portfolio reviews, market updates, and face-to-face meetings.
- **Compliance & Regulation:** Ensure all client onboarding and advisory activities strictly adhere to DFSA/SCA regulations, compliance policies, and robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML/KYC) standards.
Candidate Profile & Experience
- **Proven Track Record:** Minimum of 5–8 years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Private Banker, or Wealth Advisor, ideally within Dubai or a major global financial hub.
- **Portable Book of Business:** A demonstrable, active, and loyal client base with **transferable AUM** (target specific asset thresholds can be discussed during screening).
- **Market Expertise:** Strong understanding of global financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and diverse asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Private Equity, Real Estate).
- **Regulatory Compliance:** Deep familiarity with Dubai’s regulatory landscape (DFSA/SCA). Relevant financial certifications (e.g., CISI, CFA, or equivalent) are highly advantageous.
- **Skills:** Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is mandatory; multi-lingual capabilities (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Russian, French) are a major asset.
