- Domain Knowledge & Regulatory Reporting Experience
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Reporting requirements applicable to banks.
- Strong domain knowledge of banking trade operations, credit operations, and payment processes
- Good knowledge of RBI regulations and related regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to interpret regulatory circulars and translate requirements into reporting solutions.
- Prior experience in preparing and managing regulatory reports related added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Expertise in advanced Excel functions including: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS & Logical Functions
- Experience in handling large datasets and performing data reconciliations.
- Working knowledge of VBA/Macros & Alteryx will be an added advantage.
- Desired Skills: Educational Qualification
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any disciplines.
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
