Report to HONORA's Corporate Services Manager and coordinate with the applicant's authorized decision maker.
This role is not an appointment as the applicant's Responsible Individual, Compliance Officer, or MLRO.

Coordinate a Dubai VARA application for a client company; the applicant retains ownership and approval of regulatory submissions.
Report to HONORA's Corporate Services Manager and coordinate with the applicant's authorized decision maker.
This role is not an appointment as the applicant's Responsible Individual, Compliance Officer, or MLRO.
Project coordination
- Take over the project file and establish its stage, submitted material, open VARA requests, owners, and deadlines.
- Maintain a single document and action register; coordinate evidence, meetings, and draft responses with the applicant, consultancy, and qualified specialists.
- Provide concise weekly reports and escalate risks promptly.
- Obtain specialist review of legal, compliance, AML, technology, and operational statements where needed.
- Submit material only after the applicant's documented approval.
Required experience
- Direct, demonstrable experience managing at least one VARA virtual asset licensing application, including portal use and regulator requests for information.
- Working knowledge of the relevant VARA process and rulebooks, corporate licensing in Dubai, document control, and confidential client records.
- Strong written English, stakeholder management, and deadline discipline.
- Arabic is an advantage.
First 30 days
- Complete the handover and reconcile portal records and correspondence with the document register.
- Deliver a gap list, submission calendar, and weekly reporting rhythm, and close agreed priority actions.
