Honora Ventures Consultancy seeks a business development and strategic relationships representative to source B2B opportunities for its management consultancy and corporate services team.

Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers and develop a network in Dubai and the wider UAE.
- Understand needs and bring qualified opportunities to the consultancy and corporate services team.
- Arrange introductions and meetings, identify client needs, and guide opportunities to a clear handover.
- Attend selected business events and follow up professionally.
- Maintain current opportunity and next-action information in the CRM.
Candidate qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development, referrals, strategic partnerships, or client relationship management.
- A record of originating B2B business, with examples of personally sourced opportunities and the candidate's role and outcomes.
- Professional communication, sound judgment, and discretion.
Commercial structure
- Commission is tied to eligible service fees actually collected from approved, registered opportunities.
- There is no fixed salary or guaranteed income; exact terms and any employment or independent business arrangement will be set out in a signed agreement.
