HONORA is building an in-house marketing team to generate qualified enquiries and grow its UAE company formation, visa support, and corporate services business.
The Performance Marketing Lead will plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns and track commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise Meta and Google Ads.
- Manage advertising budgets and develop targeting and campaign messaging.
- Improve landing-page conversion and track results from enquiry to paying client.
- Guide the Content Creator on advertising assets.
- Work with the Lead and CRM Coordinator to improve lead quality.
Requirements
- Hands-on advertising experience and strong analytical skills are required.
- Provide clear evidence of campaigns personally managed.
- Be able to explain advertising spend, qualified leads, booked consultations, and commercial outcomes.
- UAE service-business experience is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Workplace
- Full-time, office-based role with daily attendance required at the Dubai office.
