Department:** Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

**Reports To:** NICU Nurse Manager / Medical Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU to provide specialized care for critically ill and premature newborns.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in neonatal care, the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, and a commitment to delivering safe and family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to neonates in the NICU, including premature and critically ill infants
  • Monitor and assess vital signs, oxygen levels, and overall condition of newborns
  • Administer medications, IV therapy, and nutrition as prescribed
  • Operate and manage neonatal equipment such as ventilators, incubators, and monitors
  • Assist neonatologists and physicians during procedures and emergencies
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
  • Follow infection control and patient safety protocols strictly
  • Educate and support parents regarding infant care and treatment plans
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when required
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing)
  • Valid Registered Nurse license
  • DHA License / Eligibility Letter (mandatory for Dubai)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in NICU or neonatal care
  • Certification in BLS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  • Strong knowledge of neonatal care practices and equipment

  • Experience working in UAE healthcare settings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED5,750.00 per month
