- Create diverse content formats: before/after visuals, educational posts, doctors’ highlights, promotional campaigns, and storytelling reels.
- Collaborate with doctors and medical teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Own and manage the monthly social media calendar across all locations.
- Craft bilingual (Arabic & English) content tailored to each platform’s audience.
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute platform‑specific strategies aligned with clinic marketing objectives.
- Identify trends, content gaps, and new opportunities to grow reach and engagement.
- Translate business goals into actionable social media plans in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate with external agencies on briefs, deliverables, timelines, and brand consistency.
Influencer Research, Negotiation & Management
- Identify and vet relevant influencers in beauty, wellness, and healthcare.
- Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and compensation.
- Manage briefing, scheduling, clinic visits, and approvals.
- Track influencer performance and report on ROI.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Monitor KPIs: reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and content performance.
- Deliver monthly analytics reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use data to optimize content formats, timing, and strategy.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, best practices, and social trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in social media management; experience in **aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, or wellness** preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content across major platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in **photography, videography, and editing** (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
- **Fluent in Arabic and English** bilingual content creation is essential.
- Solid understanding of influencer marketing and UAE creator landscape.
- Proficient with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Ability to juggle content production across **three clinic locations**.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with doctors, teams, and agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields is an advantage.

- Aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, or wellness : 2 years (Required)
