Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist patients with appointments, inquiries, follow-ups, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, practitioners, and clinic procedures.
- Coordinate patient bookings and maintain appointment schedules.
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and support retention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and update relevant systems.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure a positive patient experience by delivering excellent customer service.
- Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Fluent in **Arabic and English**.
- Minimum **2 years of sales experience**.
- Previous experience in a **clinic, hospital, healthcare facility, or medical call center** is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and appointment scheduling software.
- Must currently be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling patient appointments and healthcare-related inquiries.
- Familiarity with healthcare customer service standards and patient engagement practices.
