Requirements
- Must hold a valid DOH Nursing License or be eligible for DOH licensing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Previous home healthcare experience is preferred.
- Good communication and patient-care skills; ability to provide nursing care.
- Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and nursing documentation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients and assist with daily healthcare needs.
- Monitor patient health and report changes; administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Maintain nursing records, follow care plans, and comply with DOH regulations and home healthcare standards.
