Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries, and service requests professionally.
• Coordinate home healthcare services, including doctor visits, nursing care, and other medical services.
• Coordinate ambulance bookings, patient transportation, and emergency service requests.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, patient visits, and ambulance dispatches.
• Liaise with patients, families, healthcare professionals, nurses, drivers, and ambulance teams.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely coordination and follow-up.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate patient records, booking details, and service documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is mandatory.
• Experience in home healthcare and ambulance services is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Good telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer-based booking or patient management systems.
• Knowledge of Dubai healthcare operations is an advantage.
