A well-established international FMCG food distribution company is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead General Trade sales operations across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
This role manages a large geographic territory and a multi-layered field sales team across self-service, discounters, wholesale, and cash van channels.

This role manages a large geographic territory and a multi-layered field sales team across self-service, discounters, wholesale, and cash van channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the Western Region revenue, volume, and distribution targets across all GT channels.
- Lead and develop supervisors, and salesmen to consistently exceed targets.
- Drive trade execution: shelf presence, numeric distribution, planogram compliance, and promotions.
- Grow the active customer base and open new accounts across the region.
- Conduct regular field visits for coaching, quality control, and opportunity identification.
- Prepare sales forecasts and market intelligence reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure stock availability and route efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Required Skills
- 8+ years in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years as an RSM or senior ASM.
- Proven KSA market experience is required, strong knowledge of the Saudi General Trade landscape.
- Experience managing a large geographic region with multi-level field teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using sales management and reporting tools.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Reports to: Sales Director.
- High-visibility regional leadership role with strong career progression.
