- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand the dealer network within the assigned region.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure optimal stock availability and accurate demand forecasting.
- Maintain pricing discipline, product availability, and POS visibility.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Identify growth opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Guide and manage field sales teams for execution excellence.

- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Experience in new project launches, market entry, or expansion initiatives will be a strong advantage.
