About This Role

Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site client meetings and work-from-home responsibilities.

The person in this role will manage and grow a portfolio of employer accounts, develop regional sales plans, and drive revenue growth for recruitment and talent solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations and product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

The Regional Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular forecasts and reports to leadership.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to improve service offerings, ensure client satisfaction, and support long-term partnerships in the Dubai and wider GCC market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in recruitment, HR services, or SaaS.
  • Strong skills in regional market research, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, conduct negotiations, and close deals with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and productivity software to manage daily activities and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage part-time hybrid work schedules.
  • Experience working in or with the Dubai and GCC markets, including understanding of local business practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
