Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership and sales management: Regional planning, development, and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Financial management: Budgets, forecasts and trade receivables.
  • Key account management.
  • Leadership and development of a team of sales professionals across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • English level C1, German level B2.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a leadership role.
  • Regional market knowledge of Middle East/United Arab Emirates.
  • Basic commercial knowledge for budgeting and forecasting.
  • High willingness to travel (50%) and extended stays in Middle East or Europe.
  • Time flexibility: willingness to work evenings and occasionally very early mornings.
  • University degree in a technical and/or business-related field.
