- We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Logistics Professional to join our team and support our company logistics and supply chain operations.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in shipment coordination, import/export documentation, customs clearance, and dealing with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams. Knowledge of Incoterms is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate local and international shipments, including import and export activities.
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, certificates of origin, and related logistics documents.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transport companies, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle shipment tracking and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Understand and apply shipping terms / Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP, DDP, and FCA.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and shipment files.
- Support process improvements to ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight coordination within the UAE.
- Good knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
- Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping terms.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English is required.; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments/tasks.
