  • Reporting to: Group Account Director

• Working Week: Sunday–Thursday, 9am - 6pm

  • Work Setup: Remote, with 3 days working from Clients HQ

• Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Salary Range: 28,000 - 30,000AED / month 360,000 / year

Job Summary

They are looking for an Account Director to join th Client Servicing team in Saudi, leading one of the key regional accounts.

This role sits at the intersection of client management and delivery oversight, with responsibility for both the health of the client relationship and the clarity and quality of work delivered across the account.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions at a senior level, while also ensuring internal teams are aligned, structured, and working from clear and well-defined briefs.

The role requires someone who can bring order to complexity, manage multiple stakeholders, and keep work moving smoothly across different disciplines and timelines.

You will act as the main point of contact for the client, helping to translate business needs into clear direction for internal teams across corporate communications, campaigns, digital, and internal brand work.

At the same time, you will support the wider team in maintaining consistency, managing expectations, and ensuring delivery standards are met.

This role is suited to someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts, who understands how to balance client relationships with delivery discipline, and

who is familiar with the expectations and working style of the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted, and long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary strategic point of contact and ensuring cultural and professional alignment in all communications.
  • Ensure proactive, clear, and consistent communication, maintaining high levels of responsiveness and confidence-building in a relationship-driven market.
  • Lead senior client meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions with professionalism, cultural awareness, and influence, often engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Drive client retention and satisfaction by anticipating needs, managing expectations effectively, and resolving issues before they escalate.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts, supporting new business initiatives across the Saudi market.
  • Lead and develop the client servicing team, fostering accountability, structured thinking, and a proactive, solution-led mindset that aligns with high client expectations in-market.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, digital, and production teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of work.
  • Monitor account profitability, working with operations to ensure accurate cost tracking, margin awareness, and commercial discipline.
  • Act as an ambassador for the agency in Saudi, representing our vision, creative standards, and capabilities across clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Support the agency’s visibility in Saudi by contributing to case studies, success stories, and external-facing brand narratives.

Skills and Requirements

  • **6–10+ years of experience in account management or client services within a creative, digital, or integrated agency environment**
  • Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and delivering multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market, including cultural nuances, business etiquette, and client expectations
  • Experience working with large regional or local brands; exposure to government, semi-government, or major private sector clients is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, and profitability in an agency setting
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams, driving accountability and high performance under pressure
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate senior-level client relationships confidently
  • Highly proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments with multiple concurrent projects
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience within energy, government or B2B sectors
  • Existing network within the Saudi marketing / brand ecosystem
  • Experience working on Vision 2030-aligned brands or transformation-driven clients
  • Familiarity with both global agency standards and local Saudi market execution expectations
