Role overview
Regional Sales Engineer reporting to the Sales Director, responsible for indirect channels across the Middle East and Africa.
The role is based in Dubai and covers French-speaking African countries, supporting growth of the HVAC customer base.
The product portfolio includes Chillers, Air Handling Units, and Fan Coil Units.
Responsibilities
- Develop plans to increase distributor sales volume and revenue.
- Generate new channels and open new accounts.
- Use technical HVAC expertise to develop channel accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Convert inquiries into sales and follow up on quotations with channel partners.
- Place equipment orders in the system and follow up on delivery.
- Develop existing business and long-term customer relationships while managing multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of direct or indirect HVAC sales experience focused on Chillers, AHUs, or FCUs.
- Proven record of delivering sales targets within the MEA region.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and French.
- Ability to travel.
