The Regional Sales Engineer reports to the Sales Director and supports indirect channels across the Middle East and Africa.
The HVAC portfolio includes chillers, air handling units, and fan coil units.
The role is based in Dubai and manages French-speaking African countries.
Sales and channel development
- Develop existing distributor channels and plans to increase sales volume and revenue.
- Generate new channels and open new accounts across assigned markets.
- Use technical expertise in chillers, AHU, and FCU to generate channel accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Convert inquiries into sales, follow up with channel partners on quotations, place orders in the system, and track equipment delivery.
- Develop existing business and long-term customer relationships while managing multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of direct or indirect HVAC sales experience focused on chillers, AHU, or FCU.
- Proven track record delivering sales targets in the MEA region.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English, Arabic, and French.
- Ability to travel.
