Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Regional Partner.
As a Regional Partner, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with educational institutes, coordinating campus recruitment drives, and identifying partnership opportunities to expand UNIPREP’s network.
Additionally, you will monitor market trends, engage with key stakeholders, and ensure seamless collaboration between talent, institutions, and employers.
Qualifications
- Business development, relationship management, and client engagement skills
- Experience in education, recruitment, or talent acquisition sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in partnership management and executing strategic collaborations
- Familiarity with digital platforms and their applications in talent acquisition
- Ability to work independently, manage diverse stakeholders, and navigate remote collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in regional markets and familiarity with emerging talent trends is an advantage
