Regional Partner Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• **Partner Strategy & Development:**
• Define and execute the partnership roadmap to expand our market presence in the region.
• **Recruitment & Management:**
• Research, map, and recruit new partners while strengthening relationships with existing strategic partners.
• **Sales Enablement:**
• Train, support, and equip channel partners with the tools and knowledge required to effectively position and sell our solutions.
• **Pipeline Generation:**
• Co-develop and execute joint business plans and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to generate qualified pipeline.
• **Revenue Accountability:**
• Own the full partner sales lifecycle, ensuring targets are achieved and forecasts are accurate.
• **Marketing Coordination:**
• Work closely with marketing to deliver regional demand generation campaigns with partners.
• **Relationship Management:**
• Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, driving engagement and resolving issues proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• **Experience:**
• 3–15 years in IT channel sales, partner management, or business development, ideally within a System Integrator or Software Vendor in the Middle East.
• **Education:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• **Knowledge:**
• Strong understanding of Data Management, AI, or IT Infrastructure solutions.
• **Sales Skills:**
• Proven ability to manage complex, long sales cycles and build sustainable pipelines.
• **Technical Aptitude:**

Experience

• using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and deal management.
• **Interpersonal Skills:**
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• **Language:**
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
