A boutique
British Recruitment Agency
specializing in high-value Tech and Energy placements is expanding into the UAE/KSA.
We are bypassing the traditional "employee" model and seeking a
Strategic Launch Partner
to lead Business Development in the region.
The Partnership Model
- **Zero Salary / High Reward:**
- This is a commission-only, 50/50 profit-sharing partnership.
- **Your Role:**
- High-level Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Account Management in the UAE/KSA.
- **Our Role:**
- We provide the British brand credibility, 20+ years of HR Director-level "Delivery," and the operational infrastructure.
Ideal Candidate
- You must be currently based in Dubai with your own residency (Spouse/Freelance/Golden Visa).
- Proven track record of signing
Retained
or
Exclusive
- terms with major entities in AI, Cybersecurity, or Energy.
- The entrepreneurial mindset to treat this as your own business.
