We are seeking a Regional Operations Director – Consulting Services to lead operational strategy, client delivery, and business performance across regional consulting operations.
This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing consulting teams, and ensuring high-quality client engagement and project execution.

What you'll do
- Lead regional consulting operations and service delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams and operational performance
- Oversee client engagement, project coordination, and execution
- Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and scalability
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and overall business performance
- Collaborate with leadership teams on business growth initiatives
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Improve operational processes and team productivity
Requirements
- Experience in consulting operations, business operations, or service management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills
- Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
