Build, maintain, and secure office infrastructure across the GCC.
The role covers network reliability, identity management, hardware setup, and regional office deployments.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize office networks, including firewalls, managed switches, Wi-Fi, and site-to-site VPNs.
- Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace; enforce device security policies via MDM/EDR.
- Lead IT infrastructure setups for new GCC office launches.
- Manage local ISPs, hardware suppliers, and IT service providers.
- Provide escalation support for internal infrastructure issues.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Network Administration or IT Systems Engineering.
- Strong background in TCP/IP, VLAN segmentation, firewall management, and VPN routing.
- Experience with AD/GPO, endpoint protection, and inventory management.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to travel within the GCC region as required.
