English & Arabic Content Manager

Role

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and edit Arabic and English content, including body copy, teasers, titles, and UX text.
• Translate and adapt content from English to Arabic and QA existing translations for accuracy, tone, and grammar.
• Upload and manage content in internal back-office and CMS systems using defined workflows.
• Optimize content for SEO and handle translation requests from marketing, product, and sales teams.
• Write headlines, calls to action, category labels, and UX microcopy.
• Follow brand guidelines, flag translation errors, check originality, and edit English content to match the brand voice.
• Work toward management-set goals and OKRs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience writing and editing English and Arabic content.
• Commitment to producing fully human-written content and translations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong bilingual editing, proofreading, and copywriting skills, with audience adaptation and brand-voice awareness.
• Creativity in headlines, descriptions, and calls to action.
• SEO knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
