About This Role

Role Overview

The MENA Regional Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving the company’s marketing strategy and execution across the Middle East and North Africa region. The role focuses on supporting business growth through social media, content production, IB (Introducing Broker) support, and collaboration with BDMs (Business Development Managers).

The primary objective is to generate qualified leads, enhance brand presence, and support client acquisition and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow official company social media channels (Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, X, etc.)
  • Develop and execute weekly and monthly content calendars
  • Monitor engagement, audience growth, and platform performance
  • Track competitor activity and market trends within the region

Content Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored for the MENA audience
  • Develop content concepts including trading promotions, campaigns, and brand messaging
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer to produce high-quality marketing materials
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand positioning and business goals

BDM & IB Support

  • Provide localized marketing materials for BDM teams across different MENA countries
  • Support IBs with customized promotional content (banners, posts, campaign kits)
  • Assist in building marketing funnels (e.g., Telegram acquisition funnels)
  • Ensure marketing outputs contribute to client acquisition and deposit growth

KOL & Community Collaboration

  • Identify and collaborate with local influencers, trading communities, and KOLs
  • Organize online events such as AMAs, webinars, and community engagement campaigns
  • Evaluate and optimize influencer performance based on results

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor KPIs including leads, registrations, and net deposits
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly lead generation
  • Social media growth and engagement rates
  • Contribution to net deposits via marketing campaigns
  • IB engagement and content utilization

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in financial services, trading, or crypto)
  • Strong understanding of MENA markets
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
  • Experience working with IBs, affiliates, or KOLs is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in CFD, forex, or crypto industry
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven marketing
  • Experience in multi-language or multi-region campaigns
