Role overview

Duties and responsibilities

• Reviews technical engineering reports, interprets results, and prepares and presents professional client reports and presentations for wells or projects.
• Supports sales teams and clients with technical advice and well reviews.
• Writes and presents technical papers at meetings, societies, and forums, and participates in regional technical forums.
• Maintains a library of technical and engineering case histories for sales-team and client presentations.
• Provides completion diagnostic engineering support and completion optimization consultations to client asset teams.
• Trains and supports the regional sales team as a subject matter expert on plays, formations, and productive horizons.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree with an Engineering emphasis is preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of oil and gas industry experience is required.
• Completion operations and hydraulic fracturing experience are a plus.

Knowledge and skills

• Excellent oral and written communication and a professional, polite demeanor are required.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Business Suite, are required.
• Spotfire and Enverus proficiency are a strong plus.
• Knowledge of designing and running fracture modeling software is a plus.
