About This Role

Overview

We are partnering with a fast-growing global HealthTech company specializing in AI- and VR-powered diagnostic and screening solutions, operating across 30+ countries with CE and FDA approvals.

As part of its international growth strategy, the company is expanding its commercial presence across the MENA and APAC regions and is looking to hire a commercially driven

channel sales professional

to strengthen and scale its partner ecosystem.

This role will focus on managing and growing distributor and channel partner networks across healthcare markets, primarily targeting hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, and medical institutions.

The position is based in the UAE with regional responsibility across MENA and APAC.

Channel & Distributor Management

  • Manage and grow an existing network of distributors and channel partners across MENA and APAC.
  • Drive partner performance by enabling distributors to increase pipeline generation, product adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for channel partners, ensuring strong engagement and accountability.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, performance tracking, and forecasting with distributors.

Channel Development & Expansion

  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop new distributors, resellers, and strategic partners across target markets.
  • Build country-level channel expansion plans aligned with the company’s regional growth strategy.
  • Develop go-to-market initiatives with partners to accelerate market penetration within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
  • Support the establishment of strategic partnerships with healthcare groups, medical networks, and institutional stakeholders.

Partner Enablement & Sales Support

  • Deliver product, commercial, and sales training to channel partners and their sales teams.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and field support to help partners effectively position and sell the company’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners on key opportunities, customer presentations, tenders, pilots, and negotiations when needed.
  • Ensure distributors are equipped with the right tools, messaging, and market knowledge to drive successful outcomes.

Strategic Commercial Execution

  • Work closely with partners to build and manage regional pipelines, forecasts, and growth plans.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs across the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Support complex institutional sales cycles involving hospitals, clinics, procurement teams, and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Contribute to regional commercial strategy and channel optimization initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with internal clinical, technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Act as the voice of the regional channel ecosystem internally, sharing structured market feedback and commercial insights.
  • Coordinate regional marketing and event activities together with distributors and partners.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting, pipeline visibility, and forecast discipline across partner-driven opportunities.
  • Track KPIs including distributor performance, pipeline growth, conversion rates, revenue targets, and partner engagement metrics.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to regional leadership.

Brand Representation

  • Represent the company at regional healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Act as a key commercial ambassador for the brand across MENA and APAC markets.

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, partnerships, or regional business development roles.
  • Proven track record managing and growing distributor or reseller networks across international markets.
  • Experience working within HealthTech, MedTech, medical devices, SaaS, diagnostic solutions, or healthcare technology sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, institutional sales environments, and procurement structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop channel strategies and drive partner-led revenue growth.
  • Experience supporting distributors with sales enablement, training, and commercial execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up or expansion-stage environment.
  • Ability to travel frequently across MENA and APAC regions.
  • UAE-based experience is highly advantageous.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
