Job Summary
As a Reformer Pilates Instructor at The Warehouse Gym, you will lead both individual and group Pilates sessions with a focus on strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
You will design personalized programs, ensure correct form and safety, and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct reformer and/or mat Pilates classes
- Provide personalized fitness assessments and tailored programs
- Guide members on correct techniques and posture alignment
- Ensure a safe, professional, and motivating training environment
- Track member progress and adjust workouts as needed
- Stay updated through workshops and continuous professional development
- Maintain cleanliness of the studio and equipment
Requirements
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer and/or Mat)
- 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and client success
- Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
