As a **Female Personal Trainer**, you will be the go-to expert responsible for helping members move better, get stronger, and feel their best.
You will deliver tailored 1:1 training sessions and provide ongoing support to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
We are looking for energetic, empathetic, and results-driven professionals who are strong team players.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, safe, and engaging personal training sessions
- Build and manage a strong client base through consultations, trial sessions, and referrals
- Maintain accurate client records and track training progress
- Provide guidance on lifestyle, recovery, and basic nutrition (within professional scope)
- Actively promote personal training services and engage with members on the gym floor
- Lead or assist small group training sessions when required
- Ensure the gym floor remains clean, organized, and motivating
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver an excellent member experience
- Attend team meetings, workshops, and development sessions
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized provider (e.g., REPs, CIMSPA, Active IQ)
- Degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and basic nutrition principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate, support, and challenge clients effectively
- Ability to adapt training programs for different fitness levels and needs
- Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a gym or personal training role is an advantage
- Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
