The role seeks an experienced Red Team Ops Specialist with expertise in adversary simulation, offensive security, and advanced penetration testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead red team engagements and adversary simulation exercises.
- Develop attack scenarios and advanced exploitation techniques.
- Perform initial access operations, security bypass development, and command-and-control activities.
- Apply operational security practices during engagements.
- Develop offensive security tools and conduct original security research.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading red team operations and developing attack scenarios.
- Strong knowledge of OpSec, initial access, bypass techniques, and C2 frameworks.
- Must have developed at least one security tool, demonstrated one original research technique, and delivered one technical training session.
- CRTO II certification is mandatory.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as up to QAR 25,000 per month.
