The employer is seeking an experienced L3 Threat Hunter specializing in proactive threat detection, cybersecurity investigations, and incident response.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct proactive threat hunting to identify potential security breaches.
- Lead threat-hunting activities during security incidents.
- Analyze security data using SIEM, EDR, and IDS/IPS tools.
- Perform digital forensic analysis and data correlation.
- Develop automation scripts to improve threat detection.
- Prepare detailed threat-hunting and investigation reports.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of cybersecurity experience, specifically in threat hunting.
- A relevant degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and digital forensics.
- Experience in automation, incident response, and data correlation.
- Exposure to red teaming and penetration testing.
- At least one listed certification is required: eCTHP, eCIR, GMON, GCFA, OSCP, or TH-200.
Compensation
- Pay is up to QAR 25,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
